We invite you to a series of workshops to explore the different streams of spiritual formation as follows:

The contemplative tradition: the prayer filled life
The charismatic tradition: the spirit empowered life
The social justice tradition: the compassionate life
The evangelical tradition: the word centered life
The incarnation tradition: the sacramental life

Each workshop will include teaching, practical learning application, exercises, and discussion. We encourage you to come to the entire series if you can to develop a robust understanding of the importance of each tradition working together alongside the others.
