Join the Trinity Grace Manhattan churches at the Chapel of the Good Shepherd in Chelsea (429 West 20th St.) as we observe Ash Wednesday, committing ourselves to the 40 day journey of repentance, fasting and generosity modeled by Christ. That evening we will receive ashes on our foreheads in the shape of the cross and be led into a meditation on the mystery of suffering Love through music, scripture and poetry. No childcare provided, but children are welcome.
